Using Root Cause Healing for Stress & Anxiety

Stress is a general term used to describe a state of mild (or not so mild!) generalized panic and probably overwhelm.

The causes of stress can be many, however very often there are pivotal attitudes or beliefs that make all the difference, and in healing those, what was previously stressful is now just an ordinary part of life - it may even be newly termed as “exciting”!

“Root Cause Healing” is able to find exactly what you need to heal to bring you to a completely different place in life. This may reveal very fundamental issues or those that are minor but grow out of all proportion.

“Root Cause Healing” may even find heavy metals (in particular Mercury) embedded in your body. This can have the effect of amplifying your negative emotions, whilst “locking them in”, making it difficult to let them go, by whatever healing or therapeutic means you have at your disposal. If this is the case “Root Cause Healing” may be able to help directly, by mobilising and removing toxicity. Your emotional issues may subside naturally or you will then be in a place where they can be released easily.
